Each pork shoulder weights a minimum of 5 lbs, seasoned with our blend of spices and is smoked with Virginian hickory wood for a minimum of 12 hours. Our juicy and delicious pulled pork is served warm and ready to eat.
We suggest 6 ounces of meat per person, and guests with heartier appetites will eat more. One pound feeds approximately 2-to-3 people and is served with 2 buns per pound, pickles, BBQ sauce, and red onions.
