Each Brisket weights a minimum of 6 lbs and is smoked a minimum of 15 hours seasoned with our blend of spices and Virginian hickory wood. The meat is picked up warm - unsliced.
We suggest 6 ounces of meat per person and guests with heartier appetites will eat more. One pound feeds approximately 2-to-3 people and is served with 2 buns per pound, pickles, bbq sauce, and red onions.
